Compliance Requirements

As we grow together in fulfilling God's Kingdom values, members are required to comply to NABLA Initiative's 7 Principles of Accountable Stewardship based on their membership as below:

Standard 1: Doctrinal foundation A signed copy of Lausanne covenant.[1]
The organization statement of faith (if it has one).
Any documents or website that define the organization’s vision, mission and values
A brief description of the Church/Organization’s history and activities.
 
Standard 2: Leadership and Governance The Organizational Structure and Board members’ CV.
  The Organizational Structure and Advisory Board members’ CV.
Current year strategic plan
Affiliation to any entity and documents that indicate that
Board policy Maual .
Policies and procedures Manual covering operations.
Governance, Human resource, procurement and finance.
A strategic plan (1-3 years)
A copy of the annual meeting minutes of the Board.
A brief description of how programs are evaluated.
  An official letter approved by the organization’s Chairman to participate in the initiative and a copy of minutes of the meeting in which the approval was taken (if you have one).
Standard 3: Talent Management   The Organizational Structure and Key Staff members’ list.
A copy of the human resources’ policy (recruitment- training- evaluation- incentives- termination of service) if it’s not included in the full policies and procedures manual required in standard no.2
A copy of staff appraisals form
A most recent development and training plan.
 
Standard 4: Learning and Innovation Three cases, at least, in which your organization had proposed a new idea/method/ project or activity implemented during the last year and how these ideas were started? (please attach any supporting documents)

Approved financial statement for the last 1-3 years, stamped and signed by the Church/Organization Chairman.
Audited financial statement for the last 3 years, stamped and signed by the Chartered accountant and the Church/Organization Chairman.
The current annual budget approved by the Board.
The current annual budget.
The organization’s latest annual report.
 
Standard 7: Resources Development and Management A copy of your theology of fundraising document
A document outlining the organization’s fundraising Annual plan.
A copy of the project’s proposal sent to the givers in the last 3 years and the final project report, including year-end financial budgets at the end of the year..
A copy of fundraising and marketing materials (videos and publications)
